Our commitment

10 on 10 Physical Therapy is committed to making 10on10pt.com usable by everyone, including people who use assistive technology such as screen readers, voice control, or keyboard-only navigation. We want you to be able to learn about our care and request an appointment regardless of ability.

Conformance target

This site is designed and tested to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the standard referenced in Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act and commonly used to evaluate accessibility under Title III of the ADA.

Measures we’ve taken

• Semantic HTML landmarks, a skip-to-content link, and a logical heading structure on every page
• Visible keyboard focus indicators on every interactive element, and a keyboard-operable mobile menu with focus trapped inside it while open
• Descriptive alt text on every image, and labeled, keyboard-accessible forms with programmatic error messages
• Color combinations checked against WCAG AA contrast ratios
• Motion and scroll animations that respect your operating system’s “reduce motion” setting, and that don’t depend on JavaScript to make content visible
• Regular automated and manual testing, including keyboard-only and screen-reader passes through every form on the site

Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time fix. We review this site periodically and whenever we make significant changes to it.

Known limitations

Despite our best efforts, a few areas depend in part on tools we don’t fully control:

• Google reviews widget. The live review feed on our home and testimonials pages is provided by a third-party widget (Elfsight) that pulls directly from our Google Business Profile. We cannot fully control the accessibility of that widget’s internal code. If it doesn’t work well with your assistive technology, every review is also available directly on our Google Business Profile (opens in new tab).
• Google Maps embed. The interactive map on our Visit Us section is provided by Google and inherits Google’s own accessibility behavior. The full address, phone number, and a text link to the same location on Google Maps are always available next to it.
• 30-Second Pain Check. This quick quiz on our home page is an optional convenience that pre-fills part of our appointment form. It requires JavaScript to operate. It is never the only way to tell us what’s going on: the appointment form’s own question field is always available and fully accessible on its own.
