We are at 3025 NJ Route 10, Unit 1, Morris Plains, NJ 07950, in the Unit 1 suite. If you are coming along Route 10, look for the entrance to the unit rather than a large street sign: it is a small, private practice, not a hospital wing.

Hours

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Closed Saturday and Sunday. If you reach us outside those hours, leave a message and we will call you back the next business day.

The towns we treat

The practice serves Morris Plains and Denville, New Jersey. If you live a little further out and are willing to drive, that is entirely fine, plenty of people do. Distance matters less than whether the plan is right.

Do I need a referral?

No. New Jersey has direct access for physical therapy, so you can book an evaluation without going through your physician first. If your insurance plan itself requires a referral, that is a different question, and it is one of the things we check for you before your first visit.

A photo ID and your insurance card
Any imaging or surgical notes you already have, if there are any
Clothing you can move in, especially for the body part that hurts
The two or three things your pain is stopping you from doing
